??????Giant Crested??????

    The first imported crested reached around 60 grams as adults, but as more generations where breed adult is now around 40 to 50 grams. Even with the first generations the newborn size was to be compared with a quarter. In med June of 08 a pair were born three times the size of a normal. The picture here I compare this little one to my hand. This two egg clutch hatched in about 65 days(normal time) and both were huge but one was giant.

   I'm hoping that these will be the first giant crested maybe even reaching 100 grams grams but time will tell. By late 2009 we should know if this is genetic or a fluck.
